For Hard reset M-Horse Pure 2 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press the Power button and the Volume Down button for a few seconds.

3. Release the Power button when the M-HORSE logo appears.

5. Press the « Home » button to open Recovery Mode .

6. Select " wipe data / factory reset " using the Volume Up / Down buttons to navigate and the Power button to confirm your selection.
