For Hard reset LG Optimus Q LU2300 use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone, in any available way

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. The keys can be released when the LG logo appears on the screen

4. Press the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously to open the Recovery Mode menu

5. In the menu, go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

6. Select "yes" and confirm by pressing the Power button
