For Hard reset LG Optimus M MS695 use following steps

1. The first thing to do is turn off the power of the smartphone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. When the LG logo appears, the keys can be released

4. Press the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously to open the Recovery Mode menu

5. In the menu, go to the line "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

6. Go to "yes" and press the Power button
