1. Connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network.
2. Go back to the main screen and click on Accessibility.
3. Click Vision, and in the next menu, the Talkback option.
4. Next, click on Text-to-speech Output.
5. You need to click on the Gear settings icon in the Google Text-to-speech Engine menu item.

	I find the laptop to be efficient for everyday tasks like office work, watching movies, and browsing the internet. The screen display quality is good for the price range, but not suitable for gaming due to limited CPU resources. Additional RAM would be beneficial for smoother multitasking.
