1. Connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network.
2. Return to the Welcome screen and click on Accessibility.
3. From this new menu, tap on Vision, followed by Talkback option, in the next menu.
4. Next, click on Text-to-speech Output.
5. Tap the Gear settings icon in the Google Text-to-speech Engine menu item.

21. Press the back button twice to return to the Apps list.
22. Navigate to Google Play Services and tap it. Repeat the steps above: click Force Stop, then click Disable, and then click OK.
23. Using the back key, return to the Settings menu.
24. Reboot your phone.

	Overall, I find the CPU resources adequate for daily tasks. Gaming may be limited due to lack of discrete graphics. The hard drive is sufficient for storing files. More RAM would be beneficial. The number of USB ports is decent. The screen quality is good for office work, movies, and YouTube.
