I get to the disabling Google Play Services part, and my phone has its options greyed out... is there any fix to this?

Overall, the laptop has decent CPU resources for everyday tasks. It may struggle with gaming due to lack of discrete graphics. The 128 GB SSD is enough for essential files, but more storage would be beneficial. 4 GB of RAM is sufficient for basic use. The screen quality is good for office work, movie watching, and YouTube. There are enough USB ports for connectivity.
