For Hard reset LG G6 use following steps

1. The smartphone must be turned off

2. Hold down the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. After the LG logo appears on the screen, you can release the keys

4. Press the Power and Volume Up buttons to open Recovery Mode

5. Select "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menus, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

6. In the menu, go to the line "yes" and press the Power button

7. Select item "reboot system now"

8. Hard reset procedure complete
