1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.

3. As soon as you see the new menu on the screen, release the held buttons.

4. Select « Recovery » using the Volume Down button to navigate through the menu and Volume Up to confirm.

5. Select " wipe data / factory reset " with the Volume Up / Down buttons and press the Power button to confirm.
