The HP EliteBook x360 1030 G4 is a sleek and lightweight laptop that is suitable for everyday tasks like office work, watching movies, and browsing the web. The touchscreen display is crisp and clear, making it enjoyable to use. However, it may struggle with demanding tasks like gaming due to limited CPU resources and lack of discrete graphics. The 256GB SSD provides enough storage for files, but it would be nice to have more RAM for better multitasking. There are sufficient USB ports for connecting peripherals, and the overall build quality is solid.
