For Hard reset Lava Z51 use following steps

1. The smartphone must be turned off

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. After the LAVA logo appears on the screen, you can release the keys

4. You must select the "wipe data / factory reset" item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the selection

5. In the menu, go to the line "yes" and press the Power button
