For Hard reset Lava X28 Plus use following steps

1. Using the Power button - turn off the smartphone

2. Press the 2 buttons Volume up and Power at the same time for a few seconds

3. After the LAVA logo appears on the screen, you can release all the keys

4. Move the cursor to the "wipe data / factory reset" menu item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

5. Move the cursor to the "yes" menu item and press the Power button
