1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously and hold the buttons for a few seconds

3. When the KYOCERA logo appears on the screen, the keys can be released

4. Go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the selection
