For Hard reset Kyocera DuraForce use following steps

1. Using the Power button - turn off the smartphone

2. Press the 2 buttons Volume up and Power at the same time for a few seconds

3. After the KYOCERA logo appears on the screen, you can release all the keys

4. Move the cursor to the "wipe data / factory reset" menu item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made
