For Hard reset Koobee X6 use following steps

1. The smartphone must be turned off

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. After the KOOBEE logo appears on the screen, you can release the keys

4. You must select the "wipe data / factory reset" item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the selection

5. In the menu, go to the line "yes" and press the Power button

6. Select a line from the menu "reboot system now"
