For Hard reset Koobee S209 use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. When the KOOBEE logo appears on the screen, the keys can be released

4. Select "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the selection

5. Go to the "yes" menu item and confirm your selection by pressing the Power button

6. Go to line "reboot system now"

7. Hard Reset procedure completed
