1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when boot mode appears .

4. Select Recovery Mode Use the Volume Up button and confirm with the Volume Down button.

5. When Android exclamation mark appears, press the Power button, press and release the Volume Up button.

6. Select "wipe data / factory reset" using the Volume Up / Down keys for navigating and Power button to confirm the selection.

7. Select Yes and confirm the Power button.

8. Select "Reboot System Now" and confirm the selection by the Power button.
