For Hard reset iVooMi Me5 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press the Volume Up button and the Power button for a few seconds.

3. Now Boot Mode should appear, use Volume Up to select Recovery Mode and press the Volume Down button to confirm selection.

4. When the logo appears on the screen, release the held buttons.
