For Hard reset Irbis SP402 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press Volume Up and Power button together for a few seconds.

3. When the IRBIS logo appears, release all the keys.

4. Press Power and Volume UP buttons when the Android robot logo appears.

5. Select "wipe data / factory reset" using the Volume Up / Down keys to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection .

6. Select in the yes menu and confirm the selection using the Power button.

7. Select from the menu "reboot system now" and confirm the selection using the Power button.
