For Hard reset Infinix Zero 8i use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power button within a few seconds.

3. Release the Power button when the Infinix logo appears.

4. Release the Volume Up button when the XOS "NO Command" image appears.

5. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons to enter Recovery mode.

6. Select «"wipe data / factory reset"» using the volume update keys to go through the menu items and the Power button to Confirm the selection.

7. Select Factory Data Reset and press the Power button to confirm the selection.

8. Select "Reboot System Now" and press the Power button to confirm the selection.
