1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press the Volume Up and Power button for a few seconds.

3. Release the Power button when you see the Infinix logo.

4. Release the Volume Up button when "No Command" appears.

5. To enter Recovery mode, press the Volume Up and Power button again.

6. Select wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up / Down keys to navigate and press the Power button.
