For Hard reset Infinix Note 7 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press together Power, Volume Up for a few seconds.

3. When the Infinix logo appears on the screen, release the Power button.

4. When the XOS «No Command» message appears on the screen, release the Volume Up button.

5. Press the Volume Up button and the Power button together to open Recovery Mode.
