For Hard reset iLA X2 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Hold the Volume Up button together with the Power button until you see the logo on the screen.

3. If Recovery Mode is not displayed, hold down the Power button and press Volume Up once.

4. You should see Recovery Mode on the screen.

5. Select « Clear data » with the Volume Up / Down buttons to navigate and confirm with the Power button.

6. Confirm your decision again by selecting " Wipe all data ".

7. When finished, click " Reboot ".
