For Hard reset iLa Silk use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Hold down the Volume Up button or the Power button and the Volume Down button at the same time until you see the logo on the screen.

3. If Recovery Mode is not displayed, hold down the Power button and press Volume Up once.

4. You should now see Recovery Mode on the screen.

5. Continue by selecting « Wipe data » using the Volume Up / Down buttons and confirming with the Power button.

6. Confirm your decision by selecting « Wipe all data » to continue.

7. Click « Reboot ».
