For Hard reset Icemobile Prime Plus use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press the Power and Volume Up buttons for a few seconds.

4. Press the Power button and with it the Volume Up button to continue.

5. Select the option "wipe data / factory reset" using the Volume Up / Down buttons to go through the menu items and the Power button to select.
