i-mate Ultimate 9150 Overview
The i-mate Ultimate 9150 is a mobile phone that was released in February 2007. It runs on the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional operating system and is powered by an Intel Bulverde 520 MHz processor. The device comes with 128 MB of RAM and 256 MB of ROM, as well as external memory support via microSD.
