i-mate K-JAM Overview

The i-mate K-JAM is a mobile device that was released in September 2005. It runs on the Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 PocketPC operating system and is powered by a 200 MHz ARM926EJ-S processor with a TI OMAP 850 chipset. The device comes with 64 MB of RAM and 128 MB of ROM for storage. It also has external memory support via a miniSD card, allowing for up to 2 GB of additional storage.

The i-mate K-JAM features a 2.8-inch TFT display with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. The touchscreen is resistive and has a screen-to-body ratio of 38.8%. The device has a pixel density of 143 PPI and can display up to 65K colors. It supports Wi-Fi 802.11b/g for wireless connectivity and operates on a GSM network with a Mini-SIM card slot.
