i-mate JAQ4 Overview

The i-mate JAQ4 is a mobile phone that was released in February 2007. It runs on the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional operating system and is powered by a 200 MHz ARM926EJ-S processor along with a TI OMAP 850 chipset. The phone has 64 MB of RAM and 128 MB of ROM for storage, with the option to expand storage using a miniSD card.
