For Hard reset I Kall K2 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold the Power button along with the Volume Down button for a few seconds.

4. Further, press the Power button simultaneously with the Volume Up button.

5. Select "wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up / Down keys to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection.

6. Press Yes - Delete All User Data. Use the Volume Up / Down keys to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection.

7. Select "Reboot System Now. Use the Volume Up / Down keys to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection.
