1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press the Volume Up and Power button for a few seconds.

3. When Recovery Mode appears, release all the buttons.

4. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to select «Clear Data», and press the Power button to confirm the selection.

5. Select «Factory Reset» and enter the word Yes.

6. Select «Factory Reset».

7. Return to the main menu and select «Restart».

8. Select «Reboot System» and confirm the selection using the Power button.
