1. Using the Power button - turn off the smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. After the HTC logo appears on the screen, you can release all the keys

4. Press the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously to open the Recovery Mode menu
