For Hard reset Honor X10 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds.

3. Release all buttons if recovery mode appears .

4. Select Clear Data using the Volume Up / Down keys to go through the menu items and the Power button to select.

5. Select Factory Reset and enter the word Yes on the Honor 10X Lite display.

6. Select again Factory Reset.

7. Return to the main menu and select «Restart».

8. Select «Reboot System» and confirm using the Power button.
