1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

3. Release the held buttons when the Huawei logo appears on the screen.

4. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to select the " wipe data / factory reset " option and confirm the selection with the Power button.

5. Select " wipe data / factory reset " using the Volume Up / Down buttons again and confirm with the Power button.
