For Hard reset Google Pixel 3 Lite use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press simultaneously and hold for a few seconds the 2 buttons Volume up and Power

3. When the GOOGLE logo appears on the screen, the keys can be released

4. You are interested in the "wipe data / factory reset" item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

5. Go to the "yes" menu item and confirm your selection by pressing the Power button

6. In the menu, go to "reboot system now"

7. Hard Reset procedure completed
