For Hard reset Gome U9 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Hold down the Power and Volume Down keys at the same time until the GOME logo appears on the screen.

3. You are now in Recovery mode .

4. From there select " wipe data / factory reset " using the Volume Up / Down buttons to navigate and confirm with the Power button.

5. Confirm your decision again by selecting Yes to continue.

6. After deleting all data, you will see the Android setting screen.
