1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press the two Volume Up buttons and the Power button simultaneously for a few seconds.

3. When the Gome logo appears, release the held buttons.

4. Now in Recovery mode select the " wipe data / factory reset " option with the Volume Up / Down buttons and confirm with the button Power .
