1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons at the same time until the GOME logo appears on the screen.

3. You are now in Recovery mode

4. Navigate to " wipe data / factory reset " with the Volume Up / Down buttons to navigate and confirm with the Power button.
