For Hard reset Gionee F103 use following steps

1. Using the Power button - turn off the smartphone

2. Pressing the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds

3. After the GIONEE logo appears on the screen, you can release all the keys

4. Press the Power and Volume Up buttons to open Recovery Mode
