For Hard reset Gigaset GS190 use following steps

1. The smartphone must be turned off

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. After the GIGASET logo appears on the screen, you can release the keys

4. After the image of Android Robot appears on the screen, simultaneously press the Volume Up and Power buttons

5. In the menu, go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

6. In the menu, go to the line "yes" and press the Power button
