1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. When the GIGASET logo appears on the screen, the keys can be released

4. After waiting for the Android Robot logo to appear on the smartphone screen and press the Volume Up and Power buttons
