For Hard reset Gigabyte Gsmart Classic use following steps

1. Using the Power button - turn off the smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. After the GIGABYTE logo appears on the screen, you can release all the keys

4. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously to open Recovery Mode

5. From the menu sections select the item "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made
