1. The first thing to do is turn off the power of the smartphone.

2. Press simultaneously and hold for a few seconds the 2 buttons Volume up and Power

3. When the GIGABYTE logo appears, the keys can be released

4. Recovery Mode, opens after pressing the Volume Up and Power buttons
