For Hard reset GEECOO G4 use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. When the GEECOO logo appears on the screen, the keys can be released

4. You must select the "wipe data / factory reset" item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the selection

5. Go to the "yes" menu item and confirm your selection by pressing the Power button

6. Go to the menu section "reboot system now"
