For Hard reset Energizer Power Max P8100S use following steps

1. Using the Power button - turn off the smartphone

2. Press simultaneously and hold for a few seconds the 2 buttons Volume up and Power

3. After the ENERGIZER logo appears on the screen, you can release all the keys

4. You are interested in the "wipe data / factory reset" item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

5. Move the cursor to the "yes" menu item and press the Power button

6. Select a line from the menu "reboot system now"
