For Hard reset Elephone U3 use following steps

1. The smartphone must be turned off

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. After the ELEPHONE logo appears on the screen, you can release the keys

4. You need to go to the menu line "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the choice made

5. In the menu, go to the line "yes" and press the Power button

6. Go to the menu section "reboot system now"
