For Hard reset Doogee Mix 2 use following steps

1. You need to turn off your smartphone with the Power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. When the Boot Mode menu appears, the pressed keys can be released

4. Go to the Recovery menu section. The Volume up key is used to navigate the menu, and the Volume down key is used to confirm the selection.

5. After waiting for the Android Robot logo to appear on the smartphone screen and press the Volume Up and Power keys

6. Move the cursor to the "wipe data / factory reset" menu item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

7. Go to the "yes" menu item and confirm your selection by pressing the Power button
