1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons at the same time until the DEXP logo appears on the screen.

4. Select " wipe data / factory reset " with the Volume Up / Down buttons to navigate through the menu items and confirm with the Power button.
