For Hard reset DEXP AS160 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

3. When the DEXP logo appears, release all keys.

5. Select " wipe data / factory reset " using the Volume Up / Down keys to navigate through the menus and the Power key to confirm your selection.
