For Hard reset Cubot X20 use following steps

1. The smartphone must be turned off

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. After the CUBOT logo appears on the screen, you can release the keys

4. You need to go to the menu line "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the choice made
