For Hard reset Coolpad Shine use following steps

1. You need to turn off your smartphone with the Power button

2. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously and hold the buttons for a few seconds

3. Release the keys when the COOLPAD logo appears

4. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons when Android Robot appears

5. From the menu sections select the item "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

6. Select "yes" from the menu items and confirm your selection by pressing Power

7. Select menu item "reboot system now"

8. Hard reset completed
