For Hard reset Coolpad Roar use following steps

1. Using the Power button - turn off the smartphone

2. Press simultaneously and hold for a few seconds the 2 buttons Volume up and Power

3. After the COOLPAD logo appears on the screen, you can release all the keys

4. Wait until the Android Robot image appears on the screen and press the Volume Up and Power buttons

5. Go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the selection

6. Move the cursor to the "yes" menu item and press the Power button

7. Go to line "reboot system now"
